James and Mary's Story
James Thomas Alexander was born in Wayne Co Ky on March 29, 1859 the first child of William Riley Alexander and Elizabeth Tuttle. James married Mary Withers sometime before 1882 in Wayne Co Ky. Mary Withers was born on January 8, 1862 in Wayne Co Ky. James died in Wayne Co Ky November 27, 1935, and Mary died also in Wayne Co Ky on April 7 1923.
James and Mary lost two of their children George, and Ora Jane as young children Family stories tell that Ora Jane fell into the fireplace when she was just over 1, year old and died as a result of burns. George lived only six days. Another son Ezra died at twenty five.

Luther Alexander born Febuary 13, 1894 married Lona Kroger. Luther died March 7,1979. Luther and Lona had three children James, Clarence, and Elenor.
Henry Franklin Alexander born January 9,1898 Henry married Ethel Eva Smith the sister of Linda Elizabeth Smith Henry Franklin Alexander and Ethal Eva Smith
Everett Alexander born October 17, 1900 Everett married Dinah JonesEverett Alexaner and Dinah Jones
Ezra Alexander born March 1, 1903 died July 22, 1928
Jess Alexander born Febuary 10, 1906 Jess married Eva Koontz.
