I had this up awhile ago on the front page. I don't know what I was thinking. I guess I was just tired and bored, but it sounds like a rant, almost.
Everything contained within this site is what crosses the top of my mind as I make it. By entering, you are saying that you are willing to enter my mind and any any problems you experience later will be due to your own curiosity. In other words, if you enter, you're liable... for anything... ANYTHING at ALL... that you do after viewing this site, or any other reprocussions. This site is not liable for your actions or any reprocussions. If I told you to do it, then you're still liable. Get the idea? This even includes seizures, ok?
And another thing. By clicking enter, anything you see, hear, or feel, maybe even taste or smell or sense, and definitely do, will be considered a consequence of your action (clicking enter). If you somehow found a way INTO my page without seeing this disclaimer, then you will still be held responsible. You should know that the web is full of evil, bad people and that you shouldn't be just coasting into anything that catches your eye.
Also, don't try to cheat me by shortcutting to my main page, thus not hitting enter. You're still liable for entering and anything, yadda yadda yadda, in my site, and you know what yadda yadda means, otherwise, don't enter. This site CAN be considered vulgar, don't enter if you are easily offended, even though you probably will just to spite me because I offended you. However, this still makes you liable.
Just as a summary, if you see a damned single point of light on your monitor, or hear a damned thing from your speakers, originating from my webpage, that you find offensive in anyway, you have been properly warned or misled, and I refuse to be held liable. Blame the source you found me at for not seeing the disclaimer. I have all sources pointing to this disclaimer. I am not liable for somehow getting by this. You or someone else is. And this disclaimer should be taken serious in all effects and I will not allow you to play on a typo. You know what I meant, I said it enough. If you are inside my site, this disclaimer is here to grant me complete immunity for what you see or hear, or likewise, from this site, and saying I have complete immunity should give you an idea that I am serious and this disclaimer should be taken seriously and that YOU are liable for entering, NOT ME liable for creating. You are liable (get it yet? Do you get the picture? If not, READ IT AGAIN or DON'T ENTER!)
This is what I do late at night that isn't normally posted. Interesting... I suppose I was just trying to make myself fully immune or something. I dunno.
