Name: Maria Alejandra Delfino
Date of Birth: February 20th, 1981
Majandra (a mix of her first and second name) is the daughter of a Venezulan father, and a Cuban-American mother, was born in Caracs, Venezula, but at the age of three her family moved to Miami, Flordia.
At school, she excelled at academic subjects, but gravitated torwards the arts, music, drama and dance. At the age of 10, she danced in "The Nutcracker" ballet with the Miami Ballet Company. At the age of 11, she joined an all girl singing quartet called "China Doll". The quartet also included her best friend, Samantha Gibb, daughter of Bee Gee Maurice. The group specialised in performing Latin-American pop music. At the age of 13, just two years later, Majandra and Samantha left "China Doll" but continued to perform and record as a duet.
When she was 15, Majandra's parents- who were disapointed in the intrest their daughter showed in show buisness, gave herjust 6 months in which to test the waters. Within mere months, she had managed to secure herself as an agent, the role of Kathleen Quinlan's daughter, Judith, in the family film "Zues and Roxanne". The following summer Majandra secured herself a role in her first television series, as Tony Danza's eldest daughter, in his series, "The Tony Danza Show".
Majandra has three films perparing for release later in this year (2000 and 2001), amongst them being the Scream/I know what you did last summer spoof, "I know what you screamed last summer" in which she plays Neve Campbell role, and stars alongside fellow Roswell star, Julie Benz (Kathleen Topolsky) and ex-Buffy star Danny Strong. In a recent interview Majandra mentioned this film and said, "I even dyed my hair for it."
Majandra has just completed her senior year of High School and she's currently resides in Los Angeles.

Amongst her interests, Majandra lists Portishead, The Beatles, Bjork her favorite music to listen to, she also admits that her main obsession is Make-Up.
