News!!!!!!!! 7/13/00 Requiem's two founding members have decided not to call it quits, and to continue the project under a different name. The new name will be announced as soon as it's known. Most likely it will include the name Requiem in it. The name change is due to a misunderstanding in the Miami scene, and so we are not be mistaken with the LA Requiem, which has recieved bad reviews in every zine due to their non metal style. Anyway, The new full length is still being worked on and is still projected for a fall Release date. New Material will be written and recorded as a slower process than before. Once Matt and Shad live in the same place again, the band shuld pick back up to full speed and recruit a new drummer. Until then you can check out Matt's new side project through this link The Official Daemon Knight Website 4/24/00 Unfortunately, Matt Brown has been forced to move back to Miami, forcing Requiem to no longer exist. The new full length is still scheduled to be released but will most likely be Requiem's final release. Matt Brown will be continuing work in another project. More news of that will be posted soon in these pages. 12/3/99 Requiem has relocated to Gainesville, FL and is in the process of looking for a new skin pounder to fill the position.7/28/99 Requiem has released a 6 song EP as a prelude to their full length due out by the Fall of this year.
