Exhibit at Sloan Museum. Live DJ performences! Sloan Museum presents H.o.T (History of Turntablism) from 12:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. Sloan Museum with Art Cafe (in association with the H.o.T Festival, July 29th) presents local DJs and electronic musicians from the Flint and Genesee County area in this sneak peek teaser exhibit performance. Performing live at the H.o.T event include the talents of DJ Cooloop, DJ Nimpress, DJ MonkeyNinja, and DJ Gbus. This upcoming H.o.T exhibit traces the parallel development of the 'turntable' equipment, mixing/looping and the DJ as artist through graphic panels, museum objects and video interviews.
