Justin Stewart is the only youngest member of the Power Rangers ever! He got his powers in Power Rangers: Turbo after Rocky gets in an accident. He then goes and meets the new members of Turbo, including with Ashley Hammond. Now, he's still the blue ranger but with more force and is more fierce.
