The Big Goodbye - Leaving France
Here came the part where we had to depart Paris and leave our tour director, Xavier, behind. We took some last shots in our hotel (very nice by the way) and went to the airport where we received news that we had to stay an extra night in Amsterdam because the plane we were supposed to take to Minneapolis was struck by lightning. A hefty price to pay, being that most of us had school to attend that Monday - but the 4-Star hotel was an extremely nice way to make up for the delay :)
