Midnight Stallion
At the stroke of midnight,
An elegant black stallions peeks out of his cave,
With the slightest sound he immediatly springs into flight,
This stallion rules the land, smart and brave,
He runs with his head high in the air,
His hooves beating rhythmically against the ground,
He runs and runs without a care,
Galloping threw the forestm not making a sound,
Greeting his herd with a nicker,
He scans the valley for danger, Nervously trotting past he sides steps a mare, she's a kicker,
He turns and gallops with his head away, it's a ranger,
Hidden behind a huge tree,
He watches the uniformed man,
The Midnight Stallion will be free,
As long as he can.
