Dhande as a Retainer Consultant from July 1980 till December 1986. Dr Dhande
is still associated with Telco on a per call basis.The objective of his
assignment is to develop the activities of CAD/CAM and computer graphics
in all the divisions of Telco, Pune and Jamshedpur, viz. Machine Tool Division,
Press Tool Division, Materials Handling Division, Engineering Research
Center, Management Services Division, Manpower Development Division and
some other departments. Over the past six years, Dr Dhande had interacted
closely with the design engineers and managers of these divisions so as
to initiate and guide several CAD/CAM projects. The efforts have finally
culminated in establishing CAD Centers at Pune as well as at Jamshedpur
plants of Telco. Dr Dhande also conducted a series of courses for the executives,
