Tupperware Take 1 box of cake mix, of your choice. Empty contents of box in a bowl or directly in the RNS or Tupperwave container, this way you mix everything in 1 container, thus having only 1 container to wash. To the dry mix you add 3 eggs and your choice of either 2/3 can of pie filling mix or 1 cup of applesauce. Mix well. If doing in the RNS just put in the microwave on HIGH for 10 to 12 minutes. If doing in the Tupperwave, then just insert the cone in the middle of the mixture. It doesn't matter that there is some batter that goes inside the cone. It makes a kid sized cake ! Again microwave on HIGH for 10 to 12 minutes. Works everytime !

Lynn Gauvain Summer Sweet Salsa:
Serve with Cinnamon/Sugar Tortilla Chips made easily in the microwave: Cut flour tortillas into eighths. Place in microwaveable dish. Sprinkle 2 tsp. cooking oil over tortillas and toss to coat. Then coat with a mixture of cinnamon/sugar (In the Northrup home, we call this "magic dust"). Microcook on high for 2 min, stir and microcook in 30-45 second increments until chips become crisp (remember the longer something cooks in the microwave, the harder it gets. And, because of the oil, cinnamon, and sugar, the chips do brown so watch carefully).

[From oprah.com, Cooking with Art] Skillet Peach Shortcake
Step 2 Place greased skillet onto grill to preheat. Close grill lid. Step 3 Sift dry ingredients twice very well. Step 4 Using your fingers, work butter into flour. Step 5 When flour mixture resembles coarse cornmeal, carefully work in buttermilk with tins of a fork. Mixture should become a soft ball of dough. Divide the dough into 2 pieces. Step 6 On lightly floured parchment or wax paper, pat dough pieces into two eight-inch circles about 1/4-inch thick. Step 7 Carefully place one dough circle into skillet. Close lid to prevent loss of heat. Bake each side for 7 to 8 minutes. Repeat with other dough circle. Please note: Grills cook at different rates. Dough can brown faster or slower depending on your grill. Dough needs to be watched closely. Step 8 Dough circles should be cooled completely. Step 9 Peel peaches or nectarines and cut into wedges. Step 10 Heat peach jam and water until melted into a glaze. Step 11 Arrange fruit on baked dough and glaze. Garnish with fresh mint and low-fat topping.
