Airfix had issued a Civil War artillery set in the late 60's, but it was a short production run and has never been reissued.  No set was readily available until the mid-90s, when both Revell and Imex issued nearly identical sets.  The figures in the two sets are so similar that I suspect the same sculptor was used.

	Confederate Artillery

Both of these sets are excellent.  Revell is responsible for the top left and middle right figures, Imex for the other three.  The top left figure has had his regulation kepi taken off with a scalpel and replaced with a floppy hat from the Esci infantry set.  Confederate artillerymen kept their uniforms closer the regulation than the infantry was able or willing to do, usually wearing a kepi and a grey jacket faced with red.
