Mission

The Infectious Diseases Journal of Pakistan (IDJ) is a quarterly English language publication of the Infectious Diseases Society of Pakistan. The journal's unique mission is "to communicate and disseminate information to infectious disease researchers and clinicians throughout the country."

Past issues have included studies on new therapeutic modalities for malaria, multi-centered studies on different aspects of typhoid, studies on hepatic abscesses, hepatitis B and C, community acquired chest infections, PUO's, tuberculosis, viral haemorrhagic or dengue fever and AIDS.

Articles are currently being accepted. Submit an original manuscript via E-mail to pak_idj@yahoo.com.   Manuscripts must be no longer than 1,000 words. A covering letter signed by all authors should identify the person (with address and telephone number) responsible for dealing with the concerned manuscript. The letter should make it clear that the final manuscript has been seen and approved by all authors and that they have taken due care to ensure the integrity of the work. Detailed information for authors interested in publishing may be requested via E-mail.
