Piper is the second and middle Halliwell. She has the power to freeze time. When she panics and hold up both hands in the air she freezes or stops everything around her, other than herself and her sisters. Handy as it could be at times, the state of suspension doesn't last for very long. She's the softer sister, very nice and has the makings of a peacemaker when clashes of Phoebe and Prue occur. She unfortunately hasn't much luck in guys with a record of a dead warlock boyfriend and a dead mortal human. Piper is played by Holly Marie Combs.
Phoebe is the youngest and last Halliwell sister. She returned to her old home from New York and lived with her sisters after dropping out of college. Fun-loving, spontaneous, Phoebe was given the gift to see the future. In other words she's psychic. She doesn't control when or of whom she gets her visions of they just happen. When she's in the general area where the person was or touches something a person held sometimes visions come to her usually telling of something bad that will happen which she and her sisters try to prevent. And other times they don't. You can tell when she gets her visions because she stiffens up and they go in black and white mode...more like blue and white methinks. Phoebe like Piper is single. She is played by Alyssa Milano.
Prue is the eldest Halliwell sister. Beautiful and driven she's usually very cautious and the most suspicious
of the three. She works for an auction house and takes her job very seriously. She is in a sort-of
relationship with police investigator Andy Trudeau. Prue has the power to move objects, like telekenesis.
Prue is played by Shannen who is best known as Brenda from Beverly Hills 90210.
