Breakaway Ministries is the official name for the youth program at Silver Valley Assembly of God, 321 South Division, Kellogg, Idaho. The youth pastor and his wife have been the leaders of the youth group since January, 1997. We meet on Sunday mornings at 9:30 (Sunday School) Monday nights at 7:00, and Wednesday nights at 7:00. We also have parties, game nights, lock-ins, retreats, ect.
Right now we have 8 kids who come to Breakaway regularly. That might change in a couple of months. We are starting up a contest where we get points for different things. (going to Breakaway meetings, church, bringing Bible, ect.) Last time we had this contest we got ten points for bringing our friends to Breakaway or church. This time we are going to get twenty points.
If you live in the Silver Valley and do not have a church you attend, give us a try. We are always ready to welcome visitors. Who knows, you may like it enough to become a regular.
