Skill: 180 to 360 rotation lofts
Situation: Rotate off any structure. More for show than for competition.
Learning Environment: A structure about 50cm high is about the minimum.
Exercise: This is easier but scarier than level 180's. Roll up about 5cm from the edge of the structure. From there, the wind up you body and bars as before and rotate out over the edge. You front wheel will rotate over the structure but you should be far enough around that it does not contact it as you fall. Land on your rear wheel as you always do for lofts and be careful not to rotate "through" the rear wheel once it is down or it will bend. The amount you rotate depends on the height you loft, and for 1.5 meter plus heights it is possible to do 270's and even 360's if you rotate a bit on the rear wheel after landing.
Objective: Be able to do a 180 off a meter high structure.
