Lateral two wheel lofting from endo

Skill: Lateral two wheel lofting from endo.

Situation: Lofting off any structure sideways from both wheels. Suitable for any height. This method is easier than hopping off with flat pedals

Learning Environment: Height limited by ability. 30 - 50 cm a good starting height.

Exercise: Roll or hop up parallel to the edge of the structure and stop. Go into an endo and rotate your rear wheel out over the drop, until the bike is about 30 to the edge. The shift your weight back and pop the front end off, bringing it out over the drop. Landing with the rear wheel first is easier than the straight hopping method because your weight is already back. As you compress on landing, bring your body back so you don't put too much force on the front wheel. On high structures, it is important to watch that you don't hit your face on the bars when you land.

Objective: Be able to loft off a meter high structure
