- Download RealPlayer at Real.com. The free version is pretty great, but to get really good quality streaming media you have to spend some money.

- The best mp3 player is probably WinAmp. Download it here, get walk-through instructions here, and if you still need help you can look here.
- To find CD-quality mp3 songs without an ftp browser, you'll need a good http search engine. Here are some choices:
  - MP3board Search by song title, artist, or album title.
  - FindMP3s.com Search http, ftp, and meta engines all from once site. Uses frames.
  - mp3.com Search by artist.
  - mp3now.com's list of the top mp3 search engines.
