His JAWS are a piece of madrone with a metal frame attached to hold his teeth in. It is operated by an air ram that is connected up underneath his jaws. The ROTATION OF HIS HEAD is accomplished by gears on a pivot point and also a motorcycle chain that goes back to a sleeve-box and travels down the neck to where the steering wheel and controls are. His NOSTRILS are two different kinds of wood-knots, black oak and madrone and his nostril coverings are pounded brass sheet metal. A copper hose coming up to his nostrils expels propane gas when valve is turned on. His HORN is pitch-pine and the crest is pounded brass sheet metal also. His TEETH are made out of ball bearings, crystals, farm implements and chisel tool scrappers. His TOUNGE is braided 12 gauge wire that Gabe's daughter made when she was 9 years old.
