Dear Reader,
Welcome to my little log of daily life. Today, hmm, not much actually went on today, nothing special, at least. My rubal herbal tea recipee worked- at long last! Frankly, I was worried I would never get that lemon squeezer to work! The last time I tried, I had some trouble and shreds of rinde got into the tea, Leonardo was a little surprised, too say the least, I think that's the very first time I've heard him try to communicate in my natural toungue! Ah, I remember, they used to find it hilareous when they were little, to hear me squeak in surprise! Speaking of Leonardo…I thought he was going to sample some of my gingersnaps this afternoon…oh well, taking a break, perhaps. Now, where was I? Ah, yes, my tea. Well, at least that squeeze thing gave Donatello something to do, it was nice of him to spend so much time helping me figure it out. Sometimes I think it would be best to stay to squeezing my lemons by hand! No, times are changing, they always are, and things may help me, once I learn how to manipulate them. Now, let's see, what else? Oh! The turtles took me to see a movie they thought I would enjoy, (how could I forget?) A movie screen can be somewhat overpowering at times, the turtles say you get used to it, however, they seemed to forget that I do not enjoy aliens…I got quite upset, I remember, why they picked the front row I don't know, but they started getting worried when the stewardess asked us if I was alright, so we left early. I feel a little guilty at having ruened their movie, but they didn't seem to upset, and even though they don't know, I saw those hidden smiles! :o) (Donatello just showed me that smile, he says it helps to show our emotions on the computer, I quite like it!) I am blessed with four wonderful sons, and on that note I will end today's little letter, although I still do not understand how people think up those aliens! Now I think I will go remind Leonardo about those biscuits, if he isn't hiding.
