A short tale of the past....
How we got started....
DJ Ronin- I got my first experience behind the decks when I was stationed in Japan. I DJed a couple of nights at this new bar out in town. Eventually, I bought my own gear, two CDJ-500s and a mixer (DJM-500) and started practising. After a while, a friend of mine (who was also into electronic music, and started DJing w/ me) and I decided to put on a little party. It was there when I realized that I really wanted to stick with DJing.
Anyway, since then, I have made the transition from spinning CDs to spinning vinyl, although I still occasionally use CDs in my mixes.
