March 2003 News
- Congratulations to DJ in Sibley for recieving a 96% on her CER inspection!
Great job to you and your team!!!
- Clarification on the FREE cinnastix with a large specialty pizza. The
original special was buy a Large Specialty and recieve free cinnastix, and
if they ordered a second pizza for $8 they would recieve a second order of
cinnastix. This has been amended so the customer will only recieve
FREE cinnastix for each $11.99 Large specialty, ie. they will recieve an
order of cinnastix for the 1st, 3rd, and 5th large specialty pizza. No
free cinnastix for the $8 second pizza.
- Notice under F12 you can now enter boxes and cups under this area to
cover for dine-in boxes and to-go cups. Tally these and make
sure they are rung in to bring PCA in closer.
- Grace period is over for uniforms and product. Make sure all
these items are in control and followed 100%. Please review uniform
code to be sure it is followed 100% and keep your employees looking sharp.
- Area CHAMPS Scores are lagging, our goal is 92, we are standing at
an 88.32, we need to focus on Customer Service and drive this up. Our
% of 100's is 48.7, our target is 53 for the year. Get the momentum
going and flow those Champs Scores up. Set your standards high!!!
- All tables should have 1 stuffed crust gold placemat and 1 cinnastix
placemat, until we move all stuffed crust gold product out of our stores.
Talk the cinnastix up to the customers, give out free samples. This
can really help drive our sales up. Any questions please refer to your
Area Coach.
- Pizza Champs: Give all production workers a chance to participate
in the store level. Remember to let your Area Coach know the 18+ year
old Pizza Champion that will be going to Glenwood to decide our area Champion.
Build up some excitement and enthusiasm with your crew. March
20th for Northern Stores, March 24th for Southern Stores, and March 27th
for Area Olympians for Regional Champion to be judged by Tom, Gerry, and
Wes. The Regional Champoion will go on to the Territorial Competition,
and from there go to Scottsdale AZ for the finals. Let your area coach
know who is your local champion, be they 16 or 18+, so we can give them the
recognition they deserve.
- Everyone should have a local store marketing idea sent to Bob by Friday
March 14th, fax these to Rock Rapids or leave a Voicemail. You have
a book to help get the creative juices flowing.
- The $11.99 Large Specialty and FREE cinnastix + 2 other specials are
being emailed to many customers. Be on the lookout for these coupons.
- Pzone training products will be arriving between April 9th and 18th.
The four southern stores (Glenwood, Hamburg, Corning, and Lamoni)
will recieve your rollout in St. Joe during Marks Rollout. The four
northern stores (Hartington, Sibley, Rock Rapids, and Pipestone) will recieve
their rollouts in Rock Rapids.

To Whom it may Concern:
We were in Hamburg on Thurs eve Feb 27th and decided
to eat at your establishment. I was very impressed with how neat and
tidy your resturant was. It was decorated very nice. We had the
buffet which was very good. I just wish the Pizza Hut in Shennandoah
could take lessons from you! We will not go to this resturant, as the
service is poor and it doesn't look clean. We have complained to the
Pizza Hut Satisfaction 1-800 # to no avail. In closing, all I can say
is "keep up the good work". We will return again!
