The fine print:
Spotted Eagle's Feathered Exotic Rescues requires a contract with ALL foster homes, NO EXCEPTOIONS!
Spotted Eagle's Feathered Exotic Rescues reserves the right to inspect all potential foster homes prior to entering in to a contract with them, NO EXCEPTIONS.
Spotted Eagle's Flight Feathered Exotic Rescues reseves the right to inspect any and all foster homes during the contract period or while animals are being fostered with said any contract foster home.
Spotted Eagle's Feathered Exotic Rescues and/or the owners of any and all birds being fostered shall retain ownership of said animals. Interference with ownership of said birds shall result in legal action on behalf of the rightfull owners.
Spotted Eagle's Feathered Exotic Rescues reserves the right to remove foster animals from the foster home without explanation, interference with the removal is grounds for legal action on behalf of the rightfull owners.
Spotted Eagle's Feathered Exotic Rescues does NOT allow nor shall we tollerate foster animals being bred without the express WRITTEN permission of Spotted Eagle's Feathered Exotic Rescues and/or the rightfull owners. Allowing foster animals to breed without said permission is grounds for removal of the animals in question, and possible legal action on behalf of Spotted Eagle's Feathered Exotic Rescues and/or the rightfull owners.
All animals placed in a foster home remain the property of the rightfull owners, and may NOT be sold, bred, rehomed, or otherwise removed from the foster home by any party/parties other than the legal owner or a duly appointed representative of Spotted Eagle's Feathered Exotic Rescues without the express written permission of Spotted Eagle's Feathered Exotic Rescues and/or the rightfull owners.
Foster homes may NOT share ANY information with anyone (with the exception of any duly appointed representative of Spotted Eagle's Feathered Exotic Rescues) regarding the foster animals in their care.
Foster homes and or foster parronts are NOT to be concidered representatives of Spotted Eagle's Flight Feathered Exotic Rescues and cannot act on behalf of Spotted Eagle's Flight Feathered Exotic Rescues without the express written permission of either Julie Spotted Eagle Horse Cooper, or Trina Brockett, (co-founders of Spotted Eagle's Flight Exotic Rescues) or signatures from both aforemetioned parties.
