Si Ya May Brothers & Sisters,

I have very disturbing news about some mounds
listed on this web site.

I have known about 9 mounds located south
from where I live.
I decided to go and look at them and show
my respect to our ancestors.

Saddly enough they are no longer where
they have been. They have been leveled
and houses built where they once were.
To many of our ancestors have not been shown
the respect that should have been shown.
I am saddened and angered about this and just
wished to let people known that the Mounds are
Scared grounds and should be respected as such!
The destroying of Scared places must STOP!!
Our People should not be robbed anymore!!
WE need to join as one and stop the distruction
of what is not someone elses to destroy.
To Many have been dug into and items taken out!!!
Don't people ever stop and think about what they
mean to others?
How would others feel if someone came in a dug up there.
Grandparents, Great Grandparents,or even parents??
Please STOP and THINK about WHAT IS HAPPENING!!
