The Enticer 250

I just picked up this sled. You wouldn't believe what I paid for it. I'm not going to say, but it cost less than 2 XBox or GameCube video games. It is in fairly good condition, but I want to make this sled better. I'm taking everything off and cleaning, replacing and reconditoning all of those parts. And I am the 2nd owner as well. This is my first Yamaha sled, so I'm learning all about it. I might keep this sled due to it might be rare being a one lunger. But that's just me. Enjoy...

Stripping the Sled for Cleaning

Here are some pics of the sled being stripped. I'm going to start with under the hood area. This needs the most attention. One tip on stripping stuff, put the bolts back where they came from, this helps a BUNCH with finding them later.

The Engine

Here is the little Yammie 250. It has cdi ignition, oil injection and is fan cooled. I really think this little sucker will pump out some power. It has great compression. To clean this i stuff a whole plastic sack in the exaust port and intake and cap off the hose ends. Then I use Gunk engine degreaser. This stuff works great. Just look at the difference!
