               1920 Census for: Proctor, Logan, Colorado: Clem Flock and wife: Olive S Flock. 
               Lists Olive S Flock age as 22 which would be correct with her birth date for 1920 census. 
               Also lists her birthplace as: Hawaii abt 1898 and native tongue as Portuguese and 
               marital status: Married.  However, it also lists her parents as born: USA. 
               Never-the-less, this seems like a legitimate source. Clem appears to be in household of 
               his grandmother: Virginia J Colburn and his Uncle: Bernard Colburn aka Ben in census.  
               Found this source via www.ancestry.com lookup of Clement Flock. 
               Also found some family trees and other sources.  

               Note: Some sources refer to him as Clemert rather than Clement.  

               At present, it's unclear how Olivia Silva met Clement Flock. 
               Based on the 1920 census record they were married. 
  
               They appeared to live in Proctor, Colorado.  The first 2 children;
               Lorraine and Clement Walter (Buster) were born in Colorado.  Apparently Lorraine may 
               have been Margaret at birth.    

               Note: During 1920 census, the first two children have NOT been born yet.
               
               Apparently, at some point before the third child (Lucille) was born, 
               either Olivia left Clement, or Clement told her to leave. I think it was the latter. 
               As the story goes she was destitute, and her father-in-law (George William Flock)
               gave her money to travel to San Francisco to live with a sister of Olivia.  
               I am not sure which sister?  Olivia then stayed with her sister while pregnant with Lucille. 
            
               While in San Francisco, Harry F. Opliger had just mustered out of the Army.  
               Harry met Olivia at a movie theatre in San Franciso.  Even though she had
               2 children and one on the way, Harry fell in love with her and they eventually 
               married.  Olivia gave birth to my grandmother Lucille in Oakland, CA.  

               Shortly after the birth of Olivia's 3rd child, Olivia and family sailed 
               from Los Angeles, CA to Honolulu on April 7, 1923.  I didn't see Harry listed at 
               that time.  But eventually he also met them in Hawaii where they married and lived. 
               On the manifest, the children and Olivia were listed as Flock.  
               Eventually the children all took the Opliger name, but I do not know if they were 
               officially adopted. 

               Note: On the List of US Citizens who left LA for Hawaii, a Margaret Flock was listed as the 3 
               year old child.  I was told that the oldest child growing up was always called Loraine. 
               Apparently it wasn't until she applied for Social security that she learned she was Margaret.
               At that time she changed her name to Loraine legally.
