I heard a very strange story the other day... but very true and really make a person wonder what is lurking out there in the dark. I hope I can translate it as well as my co-worker did.
One night her daughter and her were sitting at home, and the daughter decided that she needed to start getting some exercise, so she called her friend to join her for a jog. Her mom didn't really think it was a good idea for her to be out so late, but Malcom is such a small town, she didn't think there would be any harm.
A few blocks from the house the 2 girls noticed some strange lights.... actually like beams coming down from the sky... they seen 3 of them. The didn't think a lot about it but suddenly the 3 lights became one.... the girls decided they should maybe get home these lights didn't seem normal when all of a sudden the 3 lights moved into one... getting spooked now the girls decided they would go to an uncles house since they were closer to there than home. These beams seemed to be coming from the sky straight down to the earth... they made almost every little pebble on the road light up...and turned the dark road of the night very visible... The 3 beams would come together on the road and then separate again...Seemed like the faster they ran the closer the beams would come to them... So they ran as fast as they could... the lights getting closer and closer... finally after what seemed like hours they reached her uncles house... remember it is late at night and they had to pound on the door to finally get her uncle to come to the door... and when he did the lights............ disappeared...
I don't have an explanation for this strange light... and I am sure they don't either... But it spooked these girls so much that they even lost color in their face...
