Living With OCD

Living with OCD can be humiliating. You find yourself doing things and know people are looking at you, but you can't stop. I used to find myself spending two hours before I went to bed doing my rituals. Now it's only fifteen or so minutes which is a great improvement. I would rather not do them at all. Stress can make it worse and sometimes when you can successfully get rid of one compulsion/obsession another one will pop up. But with medication and the right kind of attitdue you can change your behavior.
