How To Know If You Or Someone You Know Is Depressed

Here are some of the signs of depression:
**NOTE: You don't have to have all of them to be considered depressed**

==>you have trouble sleeping or you start sleeping too much
==>you lose your appetite
==>your favorite things, like a hobby or being with friends, don't excite you anymore
==>you feel sad or empty all the time
==>you start eating more than usual
==>you cry a lot
==>you can't concentrate or make decisions. It's hard to remember things
==>you have much less energy than usual
==>you feel hopeless and pessimistic
==>you think about committing suicide
==>you feel worthless, guilty and lack of control in your life
==>you're irritable
==>you get aches and pains that won't go away, but doctors can't find anything wrong with you
==>you start cutting yourself off from friends and family
==>your grades start to drop, and you cut classes
==>you start drinking alcohol or using drugs

If you have four or more of these symptoms and they last for more than two weeks, please seek help/treatment.
