Information: Lt. Surge trains strictly Electric-tpye Pokémon. Any ground or grass Pokémon should make short work of Lt. Surge but a Wartortle or any water-type Pokémon may not do so well. Beating him will get you a TM 24 (Thunderbolt). This is a great move to teach to a Pikachu.

Badge Earned: Thunder Badge

Badge Ability: Increases your Pokémon's speed and allows you to use FLY during the game.
