 Asistant Administrator (Colonel) - The Asisstant Administrator, self-explanatory again I believe. Not all Nursing Homes employ assistant administrators. This person assists the Administrator with the day to day running of the Nursing Home.

 Administrator (General) - The Administrator, over sees the day to day running of the Nursing Home. Resposible for all the departments involved with the running of the Nursing Home.
