Welding Assessment Plan Statement # 1

SLO # 1: welding students will exhibit an understanding of the appropriate safety measures for using arc welding equipment.

Key Concept: Safety Target Course: WLD 104 Objectives: 1 and 2

Assessment Measures and Techniques: students will complete a series of examinations, in which questions related to safety measures have been embedded. Faculty will evaluate students’ answers to the embedded questions.

Assessment Criteria: at least 80 percent of students will answer each embedded question correctly on selected examinations.
