Unit-Level Planning*

1. Specify the strategic focus of the plan (e.g., Academic Life, Enrollment Growth and Student Quality, Campus Life, Outreach or Resources).

2. List a goal and an objective that address this focus and describe strategies for achieving them. Note the persons responsible for implementing the strategies, the proposed implementation date and appropriate assessment measures.

* Unit-level plans should support the mission of the unit and division as well as the core mission of the college.

Assessing the Plan

1. List an intended outcome of the plan.

2. Explain how you will determine if the outcome is met (assessment procedures and expected results).
