1. Career Services staff will assist students with resume development skills.

 

 

2. Students will report a high level of satisfaction with the assistance received from Career Services with resume development skills.

 

 

 

 

3. Students utilizing Career Services will demonstrate competency in resume development skills.

 

 

 

 

 

Staff will maintain a list of students using the center to develop resumes.

 

 

Students will complete a spring satisfaction survey, which contains several items related to services provided by Career Services.  Institutional Research staff will evaluate students’ responses to the items.

 

 

Students will develop resumes during their first or second year of study.  Staff will evaluate resumes using an assessment rubric selected by the division assessment committee.

 

At least 25 percent of students will use Career Services for this purpose in 2008-09.

 

 

At least 90 percent of survey respondents, who received assistance from Career Services with resume development skills, will report a high level of satisfaction with the assistance.

 

 

 

The average rating of student achievement in each performance category will be 3 or higher on a scale of 1-4.
