1. The Facilities Services department will respond to maintenance
requests in a timely manner. 2. Facilities Services employees will complete requested maintenance
on schedule. 3. Students, faculty and other constituents will report a
high level of satisfaction with services provided by Facilities Services
employees. |
Staff will review automated department logs to determine
time elapsed between maintenance requests and initial responses. Staff will review automated department logs to determine
time elapsed between job inception and job completion. Department staff will send a spring satisfaction survey
to individuals in areas utilizing maintenance services in 2008-09. Institutional Research will process
completed surveys and develop a report of survey findings. |
The department will respond to at least 90 percent of
maintenance requests within two business days. At least 90 percent of requested work will be completed
on schedule. At least 80 percent of survey respondents will report a
high level of satisfaction with services provided. |
