Constituent Satisfaction

 

1. The Facilities Services department will respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner.

 

 

 

2. Facilities Services employees will complete requested maintenance on schedule.

Staff will review automated department logs to determine time elapsed between maintenance requests and initial responses.

Department staff will send a spring satisfaction survey to individuals in areas utilizing maintenance services in 2008-09.  Institutional Research will process completed surveys and develop a report of survey findings.
