Management students will
complete several examinations, in which questions related to principles of
leadership have been embedded. Faculty
will evaluate students’ answers to the embedded questions. Management students will complete a case project, in which they must solve at
least one complex problem. Faculty
will use an assessment rubric developed by the program assessment committee
to evaluate students’ problem solving skills. Management students will complete a case project, in which they must solve at
least one complex problem. Each student
will write a detailed report upon completion of the project. Faculty will evaluate reports using an
