Intended Outcome # 3. Students, faculty and other constituents will report a high level of satisfaction with services provided by Facilities Services employees.

Operation: Building Maintenance Assessment Focus: Constituent Satisfaction

Assessment Measures and Techniques. Department staff will send a spring satisfaction survey to individuals in areas utilizing maintenance services in 2008-09. Institutional Research will process completed surveys and develop a report of survey findings.

Assessment Criteria/Expected Results. At least 80 percent of survey respondents will report a high level of satisfaction with services provided.
