Intended Outcome # 3. Students will report that assistive technology was beneficial in their efforts to access exams and other educational materials.

Service: Assistive Technology Assessment Focus: Student Satisfaction

Assessment Measures and Techniques. Students who utilize assistive technology in 2008-09 will complete a spring satisfaction survey, which contains several items related to the use of the technology. Staff will evaluate students’ responses to the items.

Assessment Criteria/Expected Results. At least 90 percent of respondents will indicate that assistive technology was beneficial or very beneficial.
