Intended Outcome # 2.  Qualified students will display proficiency in the use of assistive technology to access exams and other educational materials.

Assessment Measures and Techniques.  Students will formally demonstrate their ability to use assistive technology in various computer labs at least three times during 2008-09.  Staff will use an assessment rubric developed by the division assessment committee to evaluate students’ proficiency in using assistive technology.

 

 

Assessment Criteria/Expected Results.  The average rating of student achievement in each performance category will be 3 or higher on a scale of 1-4.
