CALL FOR PROPOSALS
The proposal may be on any of the topics listed above or other areas related to planning, assessment or institutional research in higher education. First, the proposal should consist of a title page, which includes the title of the presentation and information on the presenter (name, title, campus and e-mail addresses, phone numbers, etc.). Second, a short presentation summary of two pages or less should be attached. This summary should give a brief description of the presentation, identify the target audience, explain what participants should gain from the session, and describe your room setup/audio visual needs. Third, a brief abstract of the presentation (100 words or less) should be included for the conference program. Proposals are being accepted for 60-minute paper presentations or interactive sessions.

CONFERENCE HOTEL
The Ala Moana will serve as the conference hotel. The nightly room rate will be $109 + tax for a single or double for the group dates of June 4-8. Subject to availability, this special conference rate will also be honored three (3) nights prior to and three (3) nights after the group dates listed above. A one night's deposit by U.S. check/money order or major credit card information must accompany the reservation request to guarantee the room. Reservations must be made no later that May 4, 2004. Room reservations can be made by calling toll-free (800) 367-6025 (U.S. & Canada), (800) 446-8990 (Neighbor Islands), direct (808) 955-4811/Group Reservations, or by facsimile (808) 944-6839. Reservations may also be made through the Internet at (http://www.alamoanahotel.com). When making your reservation, please indicate that you will be attending the 2004 PacPAIR Conference on June 4-8, 2004. There will be no additional charge for children under 18 years of age when occupying a room with a full paying adult and utilizing existing bedding. Hotel check-in time is 3:00 PM. Check out time is 12:00 noon.

Presenter's Fee: $250
Team Member Fee: $225 for each member of an institutional team of three (3) or more
Registered AssessNet Participant: $200
NOTE: all fees will increase by $50 if not paid by March 4, 2004.
Your registration fee will entitle you to the conference program and other information, attendance in all plenary and breakout sessions, the opening reception, three continental breakfasts, and three lunches.
