Make fun of his Hat
Thinking up something good, you say to Dr. Gero, "Hey lookout! There's a dead squirrel on your head. Dr. Gero doesn't think that's funny. He takes the hat and whacks you in the jewels. Then while your crying like a baby, he picks you up and hurls you into a tree. A broken branch sticks through your heart and you die.
