Throw a frog at him
An yellow aura forms around Ginyu then he shouts "Change now," a beam of light shoots forward towards you but you throw a frog at the light. The light hits the frog and Ginyu changes body with the frog. You have no problem stomping him to death. I guess studying pays off.
