To anyone and everyone that's ever made me see a different point of view. To anyone that's ever held my hand and reassured me it will all be all right in the morning. To those who ignore my erratic outbursts and demands for a perfection that only exists in my mind. For the moments where you've made me stop and realize that I'm not really as wonderful and kind-hearted as I like to believe.

I could pretend I'm so big on this emotional enrichment thing (which I suppose we all are to some extent, some of us are just too afraid to admit to it) but there's the material as well. The comforts. Running water. A brand new pair of shoes. Pictures of Brad Pitt without a shirt on. The Internet. A big screen television (with an infra-red remote control). Bright, shiny new CDs. Mens' white cotton v-neck t-shirts. Keyboard shortcuts. Chocolate .

Thank you. If you've ever made me laugh, smile, or cry. If you've ever touched me right there, deep down inside and just made me glad that life isn't all hail and thunderstorms. If you believed in me when everyone else had turned on their heel in scorn. If you've ever put me in my rightful place. If you've ever just smiled and nodded in my general direction, just to keep me amused. If you've ever been brutally honest with me, even though it hurt us both.

Thank you to the people that I sometimes shamelessly rip off because I happen to like what they're doing. I suppose I could say that you should be flattered, but you're probably just really pissed off.

For the dreams you've inspired, the words you create for me, and the images you've spun, it all means the world to me (and perhaps a few extra planets), when it seems that I've lost everything else.

Sometimes, we don't realize how much everything and everyone really is worth to us until we lose it forever. That's when we promise never to let anything go ever again. I try to keep all of my promises, because there are some things that I never want to lose.
