| **June 9, 2001**
My name is Carlee Christine and was born in southern California, USA on October 29, 1976. I have 2 brothers, an older one from my mother's first marriage (born 1971), and one younger (born 1978). My parents divorced when I was 3 years old. My younger brother and I lived with my father until the summer of 1989, when our mother reclaimed custody. My mother, my 2 brothers and I all moved up north to Oregon 2 weeks later but we moved from there again the following year...to the day. We moved to southwest Texas where my mother and I still reside to this day. My older brother is now an LVN (Licensed Vocational Nurse) living and working back in California. I think this fall he will be going back to school in order to become and RN (Registered Nurse). After he completes his schooling for that, I believe he and his girlfriend of 6 years will come back to Texas, but reside in north Texas. ~~thinks~~ Actually, his girlfriend is no longer that anymore. ~~smiles most happily~~ He asked her to marry him about 2 weeks ago! ~~smiles~~ She said yes and she has said she wants ME to be Maid of Honour. ~~swoons~~ ~~giggles~~ My younger brother I do not get along at all, so please don't be surprised to not see much about him mentioned in the future. ~~sighs~~ I, myself, am a college student. I have just completed my first year as a Computer Information Systems major. The degree I am currently working on is only my A.A.S. (Associates in Applied Science) and will take me another 2 years to complete. After completing school here, I plan to transfer elswhere to work on my B.S. (Bachelor of Science) in Computer Science with emphasis in my studies towards Computer Graphics and Design. I love being creative while playing with a computer and the Internet and think that being a Graphics Artist will be the best way possible for me to express myself. Well, guess that's about it today. | **July 28th**
~~sighs~~ Only 1 month left of my summer break, then it is back to college for me. In a way, I am very excited to get started with my new classes, but in other ways, I just wish summer break was 1...or 2 months longer. ~~giggles~~ It has been a very interesting summer, that is for sure. ~~smiles and winks, because there are just SOME secrets she won't tell EVERYONE~~....hehehehe |
| **June 12 2003** OMG looky at the time! I feel so bad for lettin this project of mine go like this, but at least I am taking it up again right! ~~LOL~~ Well, the last 2 years have been very eventful for me actually. So much has happened, I have no idea WHERE to start, so will start from the beginning. My last post was back in 2001. At that time, I was cyberdating a very sweet man, but things did not turn out as planned. So goes life. He and I have remained as friends tho, so that is a good thing. ~~smiles~~ Janurary of 2002, I started to have some major pains in and around my tummy area and went to the doctor to find out what was going on. Now, for me to ACTUALLY go see a doctor, had to mean I was pretty sure I was gonna die if I didn't. ~~LMAO~~ Turns out, I had gall stones. OUCHIES! So on March 11th (a girl just cannot forget the first time she gets cut on) of last year, I had surgery to remove the gall stones AND the gall bladder. My mother had to have the surgery I think some 5 years before. So while all this was going on, I quit college 'cause had to get a job in order to try and pay for my doctor visits. Now I work as a security officer. EEEPS! ~~LMAO~~ I also met up with an old friend online and now we are engaged. We have just celebrated 13 months together. (if you are reading this baby, I LOVE YOU! mmmmuuuuuaaaaahhhhhh!) ~~smiles very happily n blushes~~ Now the sad news. My mother passed away last December. She was diagnosed with lung cancer 2 weeks before she died, so we (my 2 brothers and I) had little to no time at all to adjust. I could not bring myself to live in the house she and I shared so now live with one of my best friends and her 4 kids. I love kids, but I gotta tell you, to go from absolutely no kids around me to having 4 littles one running around n hollering n fighting n screamin n gettin into everything that's not nailed shut, I REALLY want to wait before I have some of my own. ~~giggles~~ Anyways, my older brother and his G/F FINALLY tied the knot last September, at a Las Vegas place. Can you believe it? Would you like fries with that marriage certificate sir? ~~ROTFLMAO~~ Kidding, but in all seriousness, I am SOOO glad she is REALLY my sister-in-law now! At least Mom got to see that. My older brother also earned his RN (registered nurse) degree this year! YAY for him! Even sent him a REALLY cute card through snail mail. It had Snoopy on it n it said something like "Now that you've earned your Degree, don't just stand there....", then the inside said, "RUN before they take it back!" ~~LOL~~ My house mate and I picked that one out. Had us rolling(laughing) in the middle of the card aisle at our new Super Wal-Mart store. Okies, well that's about all the catch up news for now. Will post more another day.
