Southborough Sound requires the client to make arrangements to have the facility available at least one hour prior to the start of the event to allow sufficient time for setup of equipment.

Southborough Sound carries over 4,500 songs in our library to every event in order to entertain your guests with the hits of today and yesterday, and will also play almost every request.
Southborough Sound carries a wireless mike system to every event, as well as two back up mikes in case of failure. Southborough Sound is glad to make any announcements requested by the client, as well as allowing the client to make special announcements over the mike themselves.

Southborough Sound requires a contract be signed by every client before the event. Michael Cartier and/or Jonathan Buck will meet with the client to have the contract signed, or the contract is sent to the client via US Postal Mail.
