Elvira
was born in a feral colony on the Strayer College campus.
A friend, Debbie phoned to say there was a 3 week old
kitten under a bush out there and she hadn't seen the
mommy cat for a couple of days. We rescued Elvira last
October, hence the Halloween name. Check out those
whiskers! She is a sweetheart and is awaiting adoption to
a life time home. Please send me an e-mail or fill out my
adoption application if you are interested in giving
Elvira a lifetime home.

Clyde
& Alexis were from a litter of 4 whose mommy had been
hit by a car. With a crushed pelvis Mommy dragged these 3
day old kittens under a nearby shed for protection. Mommy
couldn't be saved but of course I took the kittens! Patsy
and Demi were adopted by a friend. |

Zorro
was named because the white markings on his face made it
look like he was wearing a perfect Zorro mask. A humane
organization volunteer had seen an injured cat at a local
7-11 and she and I went back to look for it. Instead we
found Zorro, who had burrowed into some mulch to keep
warm. I was told that if we approached him he would run,
but instead he leapt into my arms! Another young cat,
Delilah, followed us the whole time we were searching so
I decided to bring her too. Zorro was adopted by one of
my daycare parents who also adopted Tucker. Delilah was
adopted by my friend Andora. Unfortunately we never found
the injured cat.
