The super model pose is all that she knows
Her face cold and lifeless, yet they say it's priceless.
Does she care about what's out there
Or all she wants is to be more popular
Has she ever heard the name Jesus
The One who frees us-from our super model pose?
All she thinks of are things in style, the latest trend
Things that are old get thrown into the trash pile, this routine
never ends
That's the super model lifestyle.
She turns her face to the camera with her fake smile
Her heart cold and searching-He calls to it saying
"My child how beautiful you'd be if only
You'd take off all your pride and go for a ride with Me"
Come look inside and see my hand
His name is Jesus-who frees us
They call Him Christ-who gives life.
So, give away your hundred dollar shoes
And your hundred dollar jeans.
You hear the good news and this is what it means.
Do not conform to this wicked world
But reach out for Him and start to care for your brother
Leave your super model cover
Your beauty may deceive
But God truly knows where you are so believe
Step away from the highlife for a moment and look at Calvary
I bet when you turn around your old life will never be
Cause only your soul is livin'
After you've been givin' the Holy Spirit
Everything else goes-so loose your super model pose.
