The birth of Evangelical Christian Church of Manila registered with the Security Exchange Commission (SEC) has yielded  holistic programs which cater to the whole person. 

Launching of ECC-Manila Church 

  To provide venue and avenue of humane ministries, a local church named Evangelical Christian Church (ECC-Manila) was born.  The mandate is to meet the spiritual needs  of the community where it is located.  Further, the church will be used is the launching pad of establishing satellite missionary-churches in the key cities of Metro Manila. 

  Although ECC-Manila's worship services began weeks before its formal launching the church held its worship celebration last May 7, 2001.  Rev. Alfredo de Guzman, area coordinator of BCL (Batangas-Cavite-Laguna) PMF churches, was the guest speaker.  He underscored ECC-Manila's mission on “Expanding the Possibilities… in Reaching the Whole Person” through God’s enabling grace. 

Share–a-Love-Offering 
For the “Little Ones” 

 To give to its holistic ministries ECC-Manila launched its “Share-a-Love-Offering for the “ Little Ones” to help street children.  The program seeks to minister to the physical, social, mental, and spiritual needs of children.  In fact, a brochure for this specialized humane ministry has been produced for the purpose of challenging the Christian community here and abroad to do their part in the realization of this much needed ministry.  It is our prayer that concerned believers will be touched and respond to this appeal. 

Feeding Program 

  Plans are underway to launch ECC-Manila's feeding program.  ECC-Manila's leadership is searching for ways to fund  this program. 

  However, the bottom line of this ministry is to reach the children and their families for the Lord Jesus Christ.
