Hit Points: PE plus 1d6 per level. (But will complain if reduced to below their SDC max amount. Actually, they'll complain even if their SDC is untouched…)

Speak American 50 (+3% per lvl)

98% have skill: "Can make Magical Brownies. Skill Percentage: 99%"

25% are also literate in American (-15% -yes minus-) The rest claim they're literate but really rely on the divine symbol, the Golden Arch, in order to survive. (they eat and work there)

Math: Basic (-40%)

Pilot: Automobile 10% (oh come on, you've seen the way people drive…)

60% have computer operation (-15% due to being idiots)

3% have computer programming (-25%) but everyone who can work a computer claims they can program it.

1.5% have "Recognize that Politician" at -90%, base of 4% +1% per lvl. The rest don't realize we have a President, much less who it is.

Hand to Hand: Basic is optional (no skill cost, just something they picked up while fighting for Big Macs) if a PC because then they came make use of their mass weaponry.

Communication: None, people are bad, shouldn't communicate with them.

Domestic: None. Women believe- "In this day and age, women shouldn't have to work around the house, etc. etc." and Men: "Get to work, woman, I ain't cleaning no house."

: Electrical: None, but they like to "tinker" anyway

: Espionage: Don't make me laugh

: Mechanical: Automotive (+15%) Perhaps one of the ONLY things they can do… they "tinker" with everything else though.

: Military: Demolitions. They blow things up good…

: Medical: They know how to administer an overdose. Does that count?

: Physical: Some can swim, (or think they can) that's about it…

: Pilot: Trucks and bicycles only. (-40%)

: Pilot Related: They might be able to read maps, but no one's ever tried before.

: Rogue: Streetwise: Drugs +90% Only.

: Science: Hahaha.. nope, none.

: Technical: None. We don't need no stinkin udder languages.. we got English, and dat's good 'nough for everyone

Secondary Skills: Through their broad based liberal education they acquired a large number of skills which can be defined as secondary in nature, due to the fact that it was only moderately explained because of the large number of subjects which the school curriculum covered. However, upon leaving their classroom they promptly forgot whatever it was they learned in their broad based liberal education. Therefore, they have no secondary skills.

Equipment: A Camcorder with 50 extra packs of batteries and 40 blank tapes. (Oh come on, you know you own it.) 2d4x100 sets of clothes. A calculator (for those tricky long division problems) 80 bottles of headache medicine. (of some kind) 2d6 different types of drugs (legal and/or illegal) with 4d6x10 doses of each drug. Nike shoes.

Weapons: 1d6x10 different automatic pistols, 1d4 hunting rifles, 4d6 different submachine guns, and 1d4 machine guns, all with 4d6x100 clips/magazines of ammunition. UNLESS they're a gun control advocate, then they'll only have 2d6 automatic pistols and a sub-machine gun (or two).

Vehicle: Cars, Trucks, or (for those who go out during rush hour) mini-vans/ tanks. (The two are interchangeable)
