Bunny Puppet
Materials needed:
2 squares of felt ( your choice of color for the body )
1 square white felt
2 eyes ( 2-2 1/2 cm )
1 white pom-pom
fishing line ( for the whiskers)
hot glue gun
scissors
Directions:
1] Print the pattern from HERE ,then cut out the body of the bunny on the 2 squares of felt you chose for the body.
2] Using the left over felt from step #1, cut out the ears(2) and the round nose (1).
3] Place ears as shown on pattern.Glue in place to back shape ONLY.Press down to seal.
4] Glue around edges of puppet,leaving bottom open for the hand.
5] From the white piece of felt cut out the inner ear (2) , cheeks (1) , teeth (2) , paws (2)
6] Position the white pieces as shown on pattern.Adjust if necessary.Glue them in place.Press down to firmly set .
7] Cut 6 whiskers to the length that you like.Place a blob of glue just above the teeth where the nose will go. Place one end of each whisker in the glue and place the pink nose on top of the whiskers.You may need to add a small amount of glue to make the nose stick.
8] Position the eyes and glue in place.
9] The last detail to make your Bunny puppet complete is to glue on the pom-pom to the back of the puppet for a tail.
