Q.
I am currently reading Dr. Sears' book, "The Omega RX Zone" in which he incorporates the use of high potency pharmaceutical grade fish oil with his Zone dietary method. The clinical trials sound very
promising. I would like to know what your thoughts are concerning the use of this high potency and to date, purest fish oil.
Thank you,
Jeanne
A.
I think that omega 3's are extremely helpful in treating mood
disorders. Fish oil is very effective for many, and of course the
highest grade, purest fish oils would be considerably better than the
lower-grade products. I have no opinion on any one particular
product.
